Getting your hands on the stuff...
There are two choices for delivery within the UK:
First Class Recorded Delivery
This is currently £3 per order. Your order will be dispatched the day after ordering if not before. First Class Recorded Delivery generally takes a couple of days but please allow up to 7 days. With First Class Recorded Delivery you will need to sign for the package on receipt.
Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day
To get your hands on the goods super quick or for large orders choose the Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day option at £6. Your items will be dispatched as soon as possible, by the next day at the latest. We will need to receive your order before 12 noon for it to be sent out the next day.
International Orders
International Orders are sent via International Signed For delivery at a cost of £6. Your order will need to be signed for and can be tracked until it leaves the UK. It should take around 4 days but please allow up to 10.
Tracking Your Orders
When you've chosen what you'd like and placed an order you'll receive a confirmation email from us. You'll then received another email when the items have been shipped. If you have any queries please let us know at sales@fairenoughstuff.co.uk
Insurance
Fair Enough Stuff is liable for any packages lost in the post when sent out to you. All our parcels will require a signature on delivery
Returns that go missing or are damaged in the post cannot be refunded so please insure any items to be returned.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you love your Fair Enough Stuff items but if for any reason you're not totally happy with your purchase then please fill in the returns form and post the items back to us. We can give a full refund for any unworn/unused items sent back to us within 14 days.
If you would like to swap any items for a different size please send the item back to us using the returns form stating which size you would like to exchange for. You will be liable for the postage
